Decade One is a transformative three-year veterinary business education program that connects equine veterinarians from across the country in intimate cohorts beginning each January. Through this collaborative journey, participants develop essential business acumen while building lasting professional relationships with colleagues who understand the unique challenges of equine practice.

The first year establishes a strong foundation with core concepts including mission and vision development, strategic branding, financial systems, and effective pricing strategies. Participants can earn up to 24 RACE-approved continuing education credits during their initial 12 months, combining practical business skills with professional development requirements.

Years 2 and 3 advance into sophisticated management topics including leadership development, effective communication, employee and inventory management, compensation strategies, and comprehensive exit planning.
